Who is a bartender?

 To mark the boundary between those who deal only with the bar, coffee, drinks and cappuccino service, and COCKTAIL professionals, today we prefer to use the term BARMAN or BARLADY, specialized in the preparation and presentation of cocktails, and BARTENDER, a barman capable of use the skills of flairbartending , the set of acrobatic techniques that allow you to build numerous cocktails at the same time.

     To become a professional barman, particular aptitudes and skills are required, which deserve attention, practice and training. The qualified barman uses precise techniques and methodologies during service, characteristics that differentiate him from an unqualified drinks manager.

     The simple administration of drinks is not enough, customers ask for sensorial and emotional journeys. We don’t go to the bar just to drink, we need culture, knowledge, research skills and this is what saves us from everyday life and the banality of what’s on offer.
